These Terms & Conditions apply to all appointments, purchases, orders and services provided by Audrée Rose Bridal (“we”, “us”, “our”). By booking an appointment, visiting our boutique or making a purchase, you agree to these terms.

    1. Appointments

    • Appointments are recommended to ensure a private, dedicated fitting experience.

    • Some appointment types may require a booking fee or deposit. This will be clearly stated at the time of booking.

    • Please arrive on time. Late arrival may reduce your appointment duration.

    • Guests are welcome, but we may limit numbers to ensure a calm environment.

    2. Appointment Cancellations

    • If a booking fee applies, it may be non-refundable unless cancellation is made at least 48 hours before your appointment.

    • Missed appointments or late cancellations may result in the loss of your booking fee.

    • Appointments can be rescheduled subject to availability.

    3. Dress Orders & Special Orders

Most bridal gowns are made-to-order and customised specifically for you. When placing an order:

    • A non-refundable deposit is required (typically 50% of the dress price) to confirm the order.

    • The remaining balance must be paid in full before the dress is collected or released.

    • Order times vary by designer and will be provided as an estimate only.

    • We cannot guarantee exact delivery dates, but we will keep you updated throughout the process.

Once a made-to-order dress is placed, it cannot be cancelled, refunded or exchanged, as it is manufactured specifically for you.

    4. Sample Sale Items

    • Sample gowns are sold as seen.

    • They may have minor wear or imperfections, reflected in the price.

    • Sample purchases are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

    5. Sizing & Measurements

    • We will take measurements to help select the closest size based on the designer’s size chart.

    • Gowns are not made-to-measure unless specified.

    • Alterations are usually required for the perfect fit and are not included in the dress price.

    • We are not responsible for weight changes, pregnancy, body shape changes or heel height changes after ordering.

    6. Alterations

    • Alterations are optional and may be carried out by independent seamstresses.

    • Alteration costs are separate and payable directly to the seamstress.

    • We are not responsible for alteration work carried out by third parties.

    7. Payments

We accept the following payment methods:

    • Debit/credit card

    • Bank transfer.

All payments must be made in GBP (£). Goods remain our property until paid in full.

    8. Refunds & Exchanges

    Under UK consumer law:

    • Made-to-order gowns, customised items and sample dresses are non-refundable, unless faulty.

    • Faults must be reported within 48 hours of collection.

    • Change of mind, event cancellation or sizing changes do not qualify for refunds.

Your statutory rights are not affected.

    9. Dress Collection

    • You will be notified when your gown is ready.

    • Dresses must be collected within 14 days, unless otherwise agreed.

    • Storage fees may apply for late collection.

Once taken from the boutique, the gown becomes the customer’s responsibility.

    10. Accessories & Veils

Accessories (e.g., veils, belts, jewellery) are usually purchased off-the-peg and are non-refundable unless faulty.

    11. Boutique Etiquette

    • Food, drinks and fake tan are not permitted near gowns.

    • Children must be supervised at all times.

This ensures the gowns remain in pristine condition.

    12. Liability

    We are not liable for:

    • Event cancellations or postponements

    • Changes in customer measurements

    • Damage caused after collection

    • Third-party alterations

We will not be held responsible for any loss outside our reasonable control.

    13. Privacy & Data

Personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy and UK GDPR. We do not sell customer data.

    14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The latest version will always be published on our website.
