Your visit

Your appointment is reserved exclusively for you and your guests, with the bridal house closed to others during your time with us.

We recommend allowing up to two hours to explore the collection and begin shaping your vision.

If you find ‘The One’, we will guide you through sizing, ordering, timelines, and personalisation options with clarity- ensuring everything feels beautifully straightforward.

Booking

Appointments are reserved with a redeemable booking, applied in full against your gown.

This ensures each visit is thoughtfully prepared and dedicated entirely to you.

We kindly ask for 48 hours’ notice to reschedule or cancel. Bookings are non-refundable within this time.
